YOUR MOST BEAUTIFUL BOOK

In this workshop, children will make a concertina fold book with their own illustrations. Children will make their own books under the guidance of Veronika Pažická, the illustrator of the Little Guidebook to Short Poems (Slovníček z básničiek), included in the collection of the Most Beautiful Books of Slovakia 2023.

HEART IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Through the Heart in the Right Place stories and the Slniečko magazine, we will explore Slovak authors writing about their birthplaces. In addition to the authors, we will learn about their books in BIBIANA’s Library.

PROGRAM OUTSIDE OF BIBIANA

BIBIANA VISITS SCHOOLS

Do you think BIBIANA goes to school and studies, too? Get ready to be surprised; maybe BIBIANA and the Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava and the Biennial of Animation Bratislava will come to you. This workshop is here to teach you more about BIBIANA, BIB and BAB through specific illustrators and children’s books or animators and their animated stories for children.

The workshop is designed for students in 4^th grade of elementary schools and to enrich the Slovak language and literature curriculum with the help of arts. The duration is 45 minutes.
